CANCELLATION POLICY

It is the Policy of the Treehaven Tourist Park to accept forward bookings. Upon receipt of the requested deposit (one nights tariff or 50% of the total booking, whichever is the greater) guarantee of an accommodation unit will be held exclusively for a period of 24 hours from 10am on the arrival
date. The balance of the booking is to be paid in full on arrival.

For peak periods and special event weekends the total balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival unless special arrangements have been made with management.

The security deposit is only refundable (less $25 booking fee) if 21 days notice is given in writing. If less than 21 days notice is received a refund (less $25 booking fee) will only be given if management can re-let the booking in full. There are no refunds if your stay is unfortunately cut short for any reason

Sporting groups will be required to pay a $50.00 bond per unit booked which will be refunded 24 hrs after checkout provided the units are left clean & tidy with no damage or loss of property occurring.
